CHAOS FINALE
Episode Thirteen: The Music Within; The Lost Known As Neith

Story Settings; poor Liv experiences something of her nightmare as she listens to hauntingly heartbreaking music and realizes that there´s something more to this Tacita Xenophon. For both Liv and Perdita, they watch the one who they realize is a Lost.

Opening
The opera is ending and while the others at home are having fun, Liv and Perdita approach the songstress in hopes of talking to her only to be met with a empty silence. Even then, there is something more to this person and they realize that even without a voice, she could still be deadly.

Liv fidgeted as the curtain fell and people stood up in ovation, clapping with enthusiasm. Ever since that vision, something that she knew came from her darkest nightmares, she couldn´t quite focus on the music. So she focused on the singer.
The perfect skin, the beautifully stylized hair, it looked as if she had been carved. But when her eyes were open, Liv saw emptiness. A hollow glaze that showed an imperfection. She felt for the woman, even if Perdita claimed she was a Lost. There was just something else to Tacita that made her want to actually reach out.
That startled her, that thought. She had spent almost the last ten years running from that side of her personality. She didn´t want to help as she always imagined herself failing, like always. It was why she never even tried.
So why did she feel her heart break for this woman?
"Liv, let´s go talk to her," Perdita murmured. Liv stood up on shaking legs. She tried to clear her head but her heart thudded in her chest. She wondered dimly what was the matter with her.

The girls had retired to Heloise´s room for privacy, since Gwydion was fast becoming uncooperative and rather rude at that. Adam watched the stars out of the living room window, humming to himself as Carmen flipped her gaze back and forth until she glared at Gwydion. After several minutes of silent arguing and Gwydion giving up with the realization he was fighting a cat, he opened his mouth.
"So, Adam.. What type of family do you have?" He asked. Carmen renewed her glare at him as Adam glanced over at him.
"My father doesn´t approve of my choices so I´m a bit outcast at the moment. My mother still tries to pair me with a suitable wife and my brothers all think I´m a disgusting piece of human rot."
Adam blinked as he winced. "I´m sorry. I didn´t know."
"It´s all right. As long as one person believes in me, I‘ll survive," Adam looked up the stars, smiling gently.
"You know," Adam shifted. "You don´t exactly seem willing to accept that you.. You´re.. uh, well, gay."
Adam´s gaze lowered, staring at clenched fists. "I know."
        "Why?"
"Raised to be dutiful son, to be obedient, and to be a man. How can I see myself through my own eyes when it´s still covered? I suppose.." He let out his breath. "That I still look for my parents´ love."
He turned to sit forward, his gaze on the floor as he tried to breathe a shaking breath. "You´re one of the first people to actually treat me like a human being."
"Who was the first?" Gwydion asked quietly.
Adam looked up, tears glistening. "Paul, my eldest brother." He rubbed at his eyes. "A youma killed him in a freak incident. They thought he was a senshi."
Fingers wove through his hair as he continued. "I used to talk to him about everything, I never realized that we shared more qualities than I thought." His smile became pained. "And he was more of a follower to my parents than I am."
"I don´t understand.." Gwydion said finally. "So what did he share with you?"
"He…he was going to be married. To a beautiful woman. But then he died and it was dropped completely." Adam laughed bitterly. "I didn´t find out till a few months ago that his girlfriend was completely made up. He lied perfectly to my parents because if they had known.."
"My brother was in love with another man. But because he couldn´t come clean, he became two-fold. He´d say he had been on a date with his girlfriend and it was his boyfriend. A double life.." Adam shook his head. "He was trying so hard to live up to our parents but he realized in the end it was too late for him but he tried so hard to teach me that I could be who I am without taking anything from them."
"But I needed him," Adam´s voice dropped. "He understood everything I went through, put it into perspective, and was the best friend I had ever wanted."
"What happened to his boyfriend?" Gwydion asked.
Adam blinked in surprise. "You know, I don´t know. I only found out recently but it´s been a few years since Paul died. I´m sure he moved on or something."
"Well, you know. A lot of people are open and such. It´s not like you´re a freak," Gwydion spread his fingers in the air with a tiny grin. "Besides, your brother´s right. You shouldn´t listen to anyone but yourself."
He shifted and stood up to hear Carmen yell with pain. "I´m sorry!" He shrieked as she slashed his pant legs. "Fucking aye! That hurt!"
"No shit, Sherlock?" Carmen cried out, trying to nurse her squished tail. "You broke it!"
        "You can´t break a tail!"
"Haven´t you ever paid attention to my tail! It´s CROOKED!"
        "That doesn´t mean squat!"
        Adam tried to interject. "I.."
        "You stupid cat!"
        "You´re the idiot!"
        "I am NOT!"
Adam glanced over to the doorframe, Heloise and Haldis watching. Heloise gestured for him to follow.
"So uh.. Have fun with this," Adam offered as two continued their argument without hearing him.

"Hello," Perdita, in even the large, moving group, managed to navigate the two to the songstress. "My name is Perdita Damia. This is Liv Tavor." She offered a hand to shake as the young woman smiled dimly back and shook.
"This is Tacita Xenophon," A balding, robust man interceded with a cool smile. "Looking for autographs?"
"I was hoping to talk to you," Perdita ignored the man, who seemed to be the manager. "One-on-one, if you mind?" She waited as the woman stared at her.
Liv´s eyes filled with tears. She pulled Perdita aside as she smiled at Tacita. "For whatever reason, you cannot hold yourself apart. You have a voice in the world, remember that." Liv tugged Perdita away who blinked in surprise before speaking.
"Why did you do that?" Perdita asked Liv softly.
"She wasn´t going to talk," Liv hesitated. "And I can´t help feeling something sad about her."
        "You too?"
They stared at each other in surprise. "And I wasn´t going to bring it up.." Perdita trailed off.
"Perdita, what did you see?" Liv asked gently, hesitantly.
Perdita smiled sadly. "I saw a life that was not my own, and a path without a bend. My fate sprawled out because someone else picked me."
Perdita and Liv continued to walk. "I noticed that you don´t really treat people nicely," Perdita said to Liv.
        "Hmm.."
"Um… Do.. do you like Gwydion, Liv?"
Liv nearly tripped on her dress in surprise. Her face turned red as she gasped. "No!"
Perdita stopped in the middle of the hallway. The way out was just in the front of the two. She crossed her arms as she stared down Liv.
"Yes," Liv forced herself to say.
        "I see.."
"But.." Liv looked away. "The way he looks at you, he obviously likes you. I only hope to find someone who´ll like me like that."
"I´m not sure if I can be loved," Perdita smiled sadly. "I´m not exactly like other people."
"But.. You deserve to be in love!" Liv said it so heartfelt that Perdita grinned a surprisingly young smile, wide as she laughed and pulled Liv to continue walking.
"Liv, your time will come. You have a inner strength in you that you think you don´t have but you´ll find yourself wrong."
They found their vehicle as Perdita opened the driver door. It was the strange sensation that made Liv turn to stare behind her. She nearly jumped out her skin as Tacita watched her with those hollow eyes.
        "Tacita?" Liv asked weakly.
Her lips moved almost soundlessly as a familiar pen appeared in a loosely gripped fist. "Neith Power, Make Up.."
Her pen transformed into metal ribbons that created a pyramid around her to be sucked into who had been Tacita. She stood clad in a distinguished fuku.
She had a black tiara with a orange diamond centerpiece. Her earrings were jagged half heart-shaped orange studs. Her choker was plum with black frills at the edges as her collar was plum with no decorations. Her brooch was heart shaped, silver with an orange orb in the center, and six smaller orbs of orange along the rim of the heart. Her front  bow was only the upper half of a regular bow, plum colored with black frill at the outside edge, and two lace tails falling free. Her bodice was made of a silver, fluttering open jacket, with a more tighter fitting black dress that frilled out in the end around the middle of her thighs. The back of her black dress had twin tails of plum and black, the black tails curly, all trailing to nearly her ankles.
Her gloves were plum colored, reaching halfway up her forearms with a frilled edge. Around each wrist were broken off, dull silver shackles with heavy chains that reached to the middle of her thighs. She wore black Mary Jane shoes with a hot pink heart on the top of her feet, outlined with the black straps. She wore plum stockings that went to cover up to the middle of her thighs, ending in a frilled edge.
"A Lost," Perdita said grimly, standing next to Liv.
"Who are you?" Liv asked thickly.
The same hollow eyes stared forward before lips moved. "I am Sailor Neith."
        "Sailor Neith?"
The two moved as Sailor Neith whispered. "Neith´s Armored Heart.." With guiding of her pointed finger, heart-tipped metal arrows flew out as the two separated.
        "Amaltheia Power, Make Up!"
        "Ananke Power, Make Up!"
Sailor Amaltheia moved in front of Sailor Ananke. "Amaltheia Screensaver!"
The arrows pierced sharply in the wobbly shield as Amaltheia screamed, feeling the arrows graze and pin into her. She tumbled backward with a thud.
"You don´t have to fight us!" Sailor Ananke shouted.
"Neith´s Armored Heart," The whisper danced in the wind as Sailor Ananke tried to guide Sailor Neith away from the fallen Amaltheia.
Amaltheia struggled up but felt pain web through her veins. "Ah…" She whimpered as a shadow fell over her. A gentle hand touched her as a dark-skinned woman peered down at her. Her dark brown hair was thick, her bangs long and flipped, reaching nearly to her chin and were awkwardly pulled to the side. The hair was piled heavily into a huge, twisted bun at the base of her skull, clasped on by a large, purple band. Her lavender eyes peered down. The silver sheen was brighter at that close range.
"It´s all right, Amaltheia," Carmen, looking a little ragged and out of breath. "I came the instant I felt trouble. And I found a new friend too!"
"Rhea Power, Make Up!" With the pen held high, the soft, chocolate-hued woman transformed. The earth underneath melded into mud as she sunk into it before reemerging, covering head to toe in it before it hardened and cracked, shattering to reveal her in her fuku.
Her tiara was golden with a purple orb in its center. She wore dangling violet orbs with a single ring wrapped around it. Her choker was a pale pink; her collar was purple with a thick pale pink stripe. Her bodice was full-figured with no shoulder padding. Her front bow was made of two white ruffles, adorned with a eight pointed pale pink star, edged in yellow metal and had the symbol of Saturn in its center. Her waist band was made of three stripes, going to pale pink, purple, then pale pink again, spaced out that connected in a v under her navel. At the center of the v was a five pointed yellow star. From the star dangled three thin tails of pale pink. Her skirt was double layered, the upper one purple and transparent while the bottom one was pale pink and solid. Her back bow was pale pink, with thin, long tails.
Sailor Rhea wore arm length gloves, colored pale pink with a thick purple band at the end, with white fabric lining the bottom edge with a ruffled edge. Her feet wore purple high heels with a loosely wrapped pale pink fabric that covered up past her ankles.
"Enough of this!" She ordered Sailor Neith, shaking a finger at her. "As the soldier of  Earth´s Strength, I´ll not let you do harm to these people!"
        "Neith´s Armored.."
Sailor Rhea raised a gloved hand as a pale pink orb formed, a white mist swirling inside it as she called out. "Rhea Mud Cocoon!"
Mud swept around Sailor Neith as Sailor Neith cried out. "Heart!" Her attack managed to fracture Sailor Rhea´s attack.
"Rhea Earth Fracture!" Sailor Rhea didn´t allow a minute to pass as the earth in front of her cracked like a earthquake, shaking as Sailor Neith nearly lost her balance. Earth lunged from the partial hole as she was thrown back, unable to avoid the rocks.
Sailor Rhea kept her pose ready for another attack as Sailor Ananke helped Sailor Amaltheia up.
Sailor Neith staggered to her feet, blood dripping from a gash on her forehead as her eyes looked out with something akin to anger. The chains on her wrists clanged suddenly as she grasped her head in sudden pain and she screamed as she seemed to teleport out of sight.
"What the hell?" Carmen frowned. "She´s.." She shook her fur out as she turned to Sailor Amaltheia. "Liv! Are you all right?"
Untransformed, she stood on wobbly legs. Her dress was ragged and torn, her wounds still present as she tried to smile. She nearly fell to the ground.
But Gwydion caught her in time. Perdita blinked in surprise before looking behind them to see the rest of the others from the house.
"Come on, Liv. I´ve got you," Gwydion grunted as Adam went to the other side to help carry the now unconscious girl.
Inside the home, the group talked about what had happened and most importantly, about the new addition.
"My name is Medwen Gaius," She smiled charmingly. "I was on my way from window shopping when Carmen found me."
"And how easily you believed me too," Carmen said approvingly. "Why couldn´t the rest of you follow her example?"
Perdita sat next to Liv, who lay with wrapped bandages. Adam had been very careful and gentle cleaning them but some of them were awfully deep. Perdita rested a hand over Liv´s arm, a strand of beads grasped gingerly. One of them shimmered as it seemed to be absorbed by Liv and her wounds slowly shut closed.
Perdita stood up weakly as she attempted to leave the room but her body went into Gwydion´s just as he entered.
"Oh, shit, I´m sorry. I mean, crap.. No, wait, I meant.." He trailed off. "You´re pale, Perdita. Sit, sit, please."
He guided her down on the armchair. She glanced at Liv but she was fast asleep to Perdita´s knowledge.
"You healed her?" He asked in a soft voice.
"Of course. We cannot go to the hospital."
"We could always, I don´t know, lie about it."
"Not so easy like that," Perdita smiled. "I don´t mind. She´s my friend."
"I know.." He knelt down, fiddling with his shirt. "First time you actually talked to me."
"Oh?" She couldn´t stop the pale tint of embarrassment.  She glanced at Liv again and closed her eyes painfully. "Do you know, that Liv likes you very much?"
He looked up at her with a smile. "You have beautiful eyes, Perdita."
She tried to smile but she felt those ‘beautiful eyes´ fill with tears.
        "What?"
"I cannot hurt anyone," Perdita whispered, her head lowered slightly. "I just cannot…"
His hand  trailed up her shoulder to clasp her chin with gentleness. "You won´t be hurting anyone," He whispered, his forehead pressed against hers. "I feel like we´ve met before. Isn´t that strange?"
"No, it´s not strange." Try as she might, she couldn´t stop herself from pulling closer to him before they finally touched lips. Hesitantly and simple, she pulled away first as she turned red. "I´m…sorry."
        "For what?"
"Nothing.." She turned to look at Liv again, her eyes closing briefly. "We must let her rest."
They left the room as Liv stared at the wall, tears in her eyes. They dribbled lightly down the bridge of her nose and curve of her chin as she let out her shaking breath.
