- Introduced: Act 04
Kenji-papa is a photographer. He is first seen in act 04, hired to take pictures at the D Embassy and the party. He is often a distracted father who doesn't believe his daughter (especially when she says she's Sailor Moon). He is also overprotective, unsure of how to deal with Darien. He easily takes to Rini (after being brainwashed).
