The sailor form for Raye Hino. First seen transforming in Act 3 but not verbally transformed until act 10. She has the ability of fire and can use her pyshic abilities.
Mask, Tuxedo
First seen in act one of Sailor Moon, he is looking for the Silver Imperium Crystal for unknown reasons. His civilian form is Darien Shields but he is also the reincarnated Prince, Prince Endymion.

Mercury, Sailor
The sailor form for Amy Mizuno. First seen transforming in Act 2 and verbally transformed in act 3 with Mercury Power, Make Up! She has the ability of water and is the stragetist of the team.
Metallia, Queen
Introduced in Act 7, she is a formless black cloud who wants to destroy the world. She is tied to the past of the Silver Millennium. She is the leader of the Dark Kingdom. She needs energy and the Silver Imperium Crystal to fully awaken. Queen Beryl was the one who awoke her when she found the Dark Kindgom underneath haunted ruins in the North Pole.
Mimi
A young girl who is targeted by Jadeite for energy. She was first seen at Raye's family temple but disappears shortly after. Her parents implore Raye to help find their Mimi but Raye cannot help, which angers the family who then leave. Mimi is returned to Sendai Hill at the end of the Act 3 and assumed returned to her family.
Mizuno, Amy
The civilian form of Sailor Mercury, introduced in Act 2 - Amy A.K.A. Sailor Mercury. She is a genius but works hard at her intelligence. She attends the same school as Bunny as well as cram school, Crystal Academy. Her mother is a doctor, of which she aspires to be like.
Molly
Molly is introduced in the first act as Bunny's best friend. Intelligent and coming from a good family (her mother owns a jewelry store), she can be as fun-loving as Bunny is. It is revealed later on in the series that Molly has a younger, more wilder sister, Naruru.
Moon Kingdom
Located in Mare Serenitatis, it was a haven of light and life where people of the Moon lived to watch over the Earth and its people. It was ruled by Queen Selenity and to be inherited by Princess Serenity. It was destroyed in the past but resurrected by Sailor Moon at the end of the Dark Kingdom Arc.
Moon Frisbee!
Sailor Moon's first attack - takes her tiara that forms into a 'boomerang' that she can toss at the enemy to cut them in half, effectively destroy them. Can also open up and 'capture' an enemy.
Moon Princess
The person who comes from the Moon itself and one who can hold the Silver Imperium Crystal.
Moon Twilight Flash!
New attack after Sailor Moon obtained a new tiara, it reflects the moonlight in the jewel that then destroys in its reflected light.

With her first transformation 'Moon Prism Power Make Up!' in the first act, Sailor Moon arrives on the scene. The main heroine and the supposed leader of the Sailor Team, she is really the Moon Princess, Princess Serenity and wielder of the Silver Imperium Crystal.
