Name: Njord
Age: Late 30s/Early 40s
Appearance: Njord is a handsome man - bronzed skin, burgundy eyes, and messy, uneven spiked chocolate brown hair that has additional hair trailing over his shoulders, who is usually topless with loose silver pants that puff out before being tucked into black heavyset boots. His pants are tied to his hips by a thick, brown sash. He has various bracelets around his wrists, his right ear is pierced four times - first two golden hoops, third a silver diamond, and the fourth a round white gem. He is never seen without his wooden staff nor his heavy sword clasped at his hips.
Personality:
      Very stern, short-tempered, but incredibly loving father, he is the one to protect the Duchess for most of the time. It is often thought that the two were a couple because they are remarkably close but he is happily married and will remind people of that fact.
      He hates to not be in charge or that his daughter is so far from him and his wife. He can get very loud with her and do extreme things but it's all in good nature and the fatherly protection. He's just a bit eccentric sometimes.
History:
      He wasn't too much younger when the sacrifice was performed. Like the others, he was away at the time, attempting to help open a new location for expansion only to come home to a grieving wife and daughter and the loss of his secondborn. He spends his time constantly honing his natural fighting abilities as well as constantly being the Duchess's shadows. He's been in her services ever since she was elected to rule and he is faithful to the very end.
