Letting go to take those steps,
Opened up a whole new world.
But that world distorted,
And I no longer dreamt to walk anymore.

I continued to this day,
To walk ahead, alone.
I wonder what went wrong,
Though I know why.
It´s funny about a child,
Innocence is so easily lost.

I´ve gone so far,
I´ve have hundred times to go.
I thought I no longer dreamt.
But I was wrong.

I was once a little me,
A innocent child of the past.
It ended so long ago,
When early on I took my first steps forward.

Yet still within me
I still dream.
Forever I walk forward,
Because that´s the only way I know.
