SECTION III - The Stories
Elemental
Summary
In a world made of average humans, exist the barebones of a new source of energy, compromised in the miniscule particles of the human´s DNA, waiting for the chance to evolve and produce something stupendous. But with such new power comes new and frightening terrors.
Samantha Tulleck didn´t expect anything in her life. She lived in a tiny apartment with her recent addition - a pure black tabby male with bright, gold eyes. But as she finds out, this is no cat; at least, not entirely.
Wild, as it turns out, is far more human than she can ever imagine and while many would call him alien, there´s a fine line between what´s true and what´s not. Alien, he is, but he also is human. He was sent here, with others like him, blessed with Elemental energy in their blood. All of them are a part of the main core of Elemental Nature.
And Samantha finds out that she bears the dormant Elemental Nature in her DNA. It is with her and the prophecy of her unborn child, that will bring the new wave of humanity, those awakening and being born with the tie to the Elemental. Wild was sent, with his allies to protect her but of course there are twists along the way.
Those they face are the Rogues, lead by the Dark King, a lost Elemental who exists only by the shadows of humanity. Rogues are those turned by the Dark King and left as husks when the souls have been consumed. It will only be the might of Nature to defeat the dark enemies.
Of course, Samantha is a little concerned. She hasn´t had a date in ten years, who is she going to have a child with? In order to produce a child of Elemental energy, she has to be with one who also has compatible energy, the prophecy says so. But she finds herself in surprise when she is faced by the future - her sons who bear familiar markings. It just might be the catalyst to push her into awakening the power she always had in her heart.
